Copying

MFP copying offers the ability to black and white copy, color copy and gray scale copy. These different copy types provide organizations with the flexibility of controlling print costs by reducing toner and paper waste while maximizing reproduction quality.

Printing

With MFDs, printing occurs directly from desktop software on centralized back office applications. MFDs generally operate at lower cost than laser printers, and feature finishing options not typically available via ink-jet or laser printers—such as stapling, booklet-making and three-hole punch.

Scanning

MFD scanning has enhanced the speed and ability for any business to create electronic documents for business-ready use. MFD’s can scan both color and black and white formats and store them in PDF, TIFF, BMP and JPG formats. They can also deliver the electronic documents to network folders, document management systems, email, network folders and more.

Faxing

MFD faxing allows an organization to upgrade their traditional fax machines to an all purpose device. In some cases, MFD’s with fax capabilities also provide desktop faxing software to an organization’s computer network.
